The result was taking thousands of dollars away from the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs in both cases allege they were the victims. Iron Gate stole thousands of dollars.
Plaintiffs in both cases assert that they were hurt through Iron Gate. Iron Gate retaliated immediately when they attempted to protect themselves from violations perpetrated through Iron Gate by threatening to end subscriptions and members of The Costa Palmas Beach & Yacht Club.
According to the documents of state courts, which are part of GS 1975 LLC, Iron Gate requested that the matter be submitted to arbitration within Mexico. Steve Anderson, a GS 1975 LLC representative, has stated that it’s likely that Iron Gate was at the leading arbitral proceedings in Mexico. GS 1975 LLC has filed a lawsuit in the case against Iron Gate seeking more than $20 million in damages.
Jason Grosfeld’s father is:

Iron Gate made numerous false claims about the amount of time required and the money needed for the construction to receive millions of dollars in funding. Iron Gate invested more than five million dollars out of the plaintiff’s funds, however, the construction was in a state of disrepair concrete.
Similar claims were made in the lawsuit which is part of the complaint filed in the lawsuit brought in the name of GS 1975 LLC. Iron Gate allegedly holds the plaintiff’s home hostage and will not let it go until the plaintiff can pay millions of dollars in addition to the cost of settling the suit. We attempted to contact TRG CP LLC to ask for clarification, but we haven’t received any response.
Based on the data we’ve received, it appears there may be some Costa Palmas customers who share similar experiences or claims. This suggests that the Iron Gate and/or its representatives could be the subject of future legal action. We’ve also heard the officials at The Mexican Federal Authorities in addition to American Federal Authorities are investigating the issue.
